E C Power Systems President Jim Bock accepts a $3,000 donation on behalf of Loaves & Fishes.
Speed’s Towing has donated $3,000 to Loaves & Fishes Centers at the annual Speed’s Towing Charity Golf Tournament. This gift allows Loaves & Fishes Centers to feed 3 seniors for an entire year.
Since 1970 Loaves & Fishes Centers has provided a nutritional and social lifeline for seniors through 34 meal sites in Multnomah, Washington and Clark counties, and Meals-On-Wheels delivery to more than 2,700 homebound seniors. With the help of more than 8,200 volunteers, the nonprofit, secular organization now serves 5,000 meals daily and more than 1.4 million meals each year. Loaves & Fishes is unique in that it can guarantee a meal will be delivered within 24 hours – no waiting list, and the meal is delivered in person!
